Credit Note Generator
Reduce or refund an invoice you’ve already sent.
A credit note lowers the amount on an invoice you already issued — for returns, discounts or billing mistakes. Reference the original invoice, list what’s being credited and how much was refunded, and download a PDF.
Correct an invoice without editing it: issue a credit note that points to the original invoice and shows what was credited and refunded.

When to issue a credit note
Issue a credit note instead of editing or deleting an invoice once it’s been sent — your records stay complete and the change is documented. The customer can use the remaining credit on a future invoice or receive a refund.
