QuickDocMaker lets you create business documents without an account. This page explains what happens to the information you type.

Documents you create

  • Your documents, logo and saved business profile are stored in your browser’s local storage on this device. They are not sent to our servers while you edit.
  • When you choose Download PDF, the document is sent to our server once so it can be turned into a PDF. It is processed in memory and is not stored or logged.
  • Clearing your browser’s site data deletes your documents. You can also delete them from the History page.

Optional account

You can use every tool without an account. If you create one, your email address, a securely hashed password, your saved documents, business profile and preferred language are stored with our database provider (Supabase) so you can open them on other devices. We record when you sign in (date, time and method — no IP address). The site’s staff can see account emails, sign-in times and how many documents an account has, never what the documents say. You can delete your account and everything saved in it at any time on the Account page.

Usage counts

To learn which tools are useful, we count when a document is created, downloaded as a PDF or printed, together with the tool, document language, currency, template, device type (phone, tablet or computer) and a random id for the draft. These counts never contain document contents, names, addresses, amounts or IP addresses, and are not used for advertising.

Language and country

To show the site in your language, we read your browser’s language setting and, where our host provides it, the country your connection comes from. We remember the language you choose in a small cookie. No profile is built from this.

Cookies and advertising

If advertising or analytics are switched on (for example Google AdSense, Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel), these partners may set cookies and receive information about your visit, such as the pages you view and your type of device — never the contents of your documents. They load only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. If you sign in, a strictly necessary cookie keeps you signed in.

Server logs

Our hosting provider may keep standard request logs (such as IP address, time and page requested) to keep the service secure and working.
